Behavioral interview. The interviewer (who was an HR director) asked the usual questions--where do you see yourself in five years, tell me about a time you ______, why do you want this job.
This was an on-campus interview, and even though the interviewer had been interviewing candidates the entire day (I was the last one), he did not seem bored or tired of it, which was nice.
There's an initial application and then there is an interview with their hiring team. They asked a lot of questions about prior experience and also how your goals align with their company

Super chill and laid back, the guy who interviewed me did not really follow the list of questions and just wanted to get to know me, so we really just had a conversation.
