Felt like they already had decided who they wanted to pick for the position. Asked me only 2 questions based off my resume and then told me to ask them questions about the job. Not great

They were very friendly and gave me tips on how I should prepare for the second rounds of interviews. They are mainly looking for people who are driven and look for challenge as you would have much more responsibility working at a small company.
