Interview mainly focused on my general problem solving skills, project management plan, communication skills,
my experiences, and personalities sort of things rather than focusing on technical area of interests, but they
do try to understand where is the area of my technical background and try to assign interns to the proper departments.

How do I convince my project mates when there is a confliction?
Applied online, in person interview at a conference. Got offer 3 weeks later. Very chill interview. Encouraged STAR method for answers to the questions. Lots of questions, probably around 10. No technical questions.

What was one time you had to break safety protocol to solve a problem?
phone screening first, then in-person interview with 2 panelist for an hour. It consists of behavioral questions mainly and some introduction about the company and the team from the interviewer and Q&A at the end.

it was an wonderful experience, first round was a online assessment then followed by a two day hackathon and after completely the hackathon there will be only one technical interview.
