Celebrus interview questions

First interview was with staffing agency, went well and was forwarded to the Celebrus hiring manager. He was super quick to set up an interview, about one day from the time my application was sent to him. However, the interview itself was not great. The audio on his end was the main problem. A lot of echo and distortion, even though the video signal was crisp and connection overall was great. This indicates his laptop microphone or room acoustics was the issue. On top of a very thick Indian accent, I could hardly tell what he was saying. I'm sure I seemed like I was just stalling, but I really couldn't tell what was being asked. He was clearly getting impatient with my inability to answer his questions, but rather than reschedule or troubleshoot, the interview ended and I have not heard anything at all back for weeks. During the interview, he told me I'd hear back one way or the other within 3 to 5 days. I've emailed him twice to follow up, but still no response.
