Phone interview then another phone interview. Then they send you off to train for a week in store then a week out side of the store it's a long process before you can even sale it's really not worth your time.

Just had one interview with the district lead, was a very simple interview. Discussed my previous sales experience and what my goals were for the future. Not too difficult, they were looking for people to fill positions during the holiday season.
