Scripted, mass job fair event. They sent an email saying they were pursuing other candidates. They wanted young high school graduates. Not interested in middle aged with post graduate education.
I started when the company was very small so there was not a recruiter. I I interviewed with the owner and he was in a hurry so questions were very easy. I know that now there are recruiter who will ask lots of questions to determine goals and drive.
Easy to follow, and on time. 5 different stages for sales and 1 for bdm role. Interviews took place in NY HQ where they provided break rooms and overview of assignments.
