Interview
Short phone interview without any structure. Manager called 20 minutes too late and didn't ask much. Overall a bad experience. Planning the interview was bad because waited for 2 weeks for response. Manager also didn't seem very prepared. No way to prepare for an interview like this, just go and get lucky.

Interview
Two rounds of interview. The first round was a phone interview with HR for around 15 minutes. The second round was an in-person interview with the team you are applying for in their Boston office.
