CenterCal Properties interview questions

The initial interview process was traditional and straightforward. The 1st round interview was set-up through the HR team at the HQ and executed in-person with the local based hiring manager. The interview was thorough and on the long side at 2 hours for a 1:1 initial meeting. The hiring manager was interviewing not only for skill-set but also personality fit within the intimate team structure.
