Interview
The interview consisted of me talking to a couple of managers and then doing a group interview where we focused on our relationship with food and what we know about Central Market and the products they carry.

What is one of your favorite food-related memories?
The interview process was with about 15 applicants which involved various group activities. Not stressful, upper management periodically interacted but mostly just watched. The group interview lasted about an hour, with some one-on-ones after.

12 or so random food were laid out on a table, we had to write down what each was. They did not seem to be an expectation of us knowing all the foods.

Interview
There's several stages. First a group interview, then a private interview and then hiring. The group interview is interesting and not like most places. It's project oriented and more talking about yourself. There's not really any questions to answer, but more of a social interaction atmosphere.
