Group interview with two other people. Each person answered the same question. and then if you moved to the next round, its a one on one with the supervisor of your department.

Completed an application online, which includes a video interview process. Was emailed an invitation to the next interview step, a group interview. Group interview was fun and informative. Was asked to stay for individual interview, which was friendly.
