The interview process was extensive but thoroughly conducted. I initially met with Talent Attraction followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager. I had a total of 7 interviews with the last one being a Culture Interview (Bar Raiser) with someone from a completely different team to assess cultural fit. I had never had a culture interview and had no idea what to expect but it turned out to be a great experience. Everyone was nice, accommodating and really smart. The questions were well thought out and all interviews felt like free flowing conversations.
