One in person interview, and I received a offer after w/a start date. The process was fairly straight forward with no issues. No phone interview was conducted there was more so a concern of whether or not I was interested in the position which I was at that time.

They asked my experience in sales and leadership. More then experience they were concerned with how comfortable I would feel in a lead position.

Interview
Did a short phone screening and was asked to come in for an in person interview. Was told to come in before the mall and store opened but that the manager would be there to let me in. Almost an hour and a half after my scheduled interview I was still standing around because no one was there or ever came. I called and no one ever answered, so I left. I never received a follow up call apologizing or asking to reschedule and I didn't want to waste my time reaching out as they clearly do not respect anyone's time.

Easy, phone call first to get a feel for you then a in person interview. Usually a week after if you got the job or not. Normally it’ll be a different manager from the call to the in person
