I applied online, and I got a phone interview a few weeks later. The recruiter emailed me beforehand, telling me to ask questions if I needed to about the phone interview. During it, he told me that if I progressed to the next round, I would be called in for a final, on-site interview. We had a fun conversation, but nothing really stood out, which I guess is why I got a rejection email a week after the phone interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Austin, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
Fairly simple process. Had one 30-minute phone screen with a recruiter asking general behavioral questions and then a final round that was mainly technical about resume and some technical concepts but no coding involved.
Basic questions were asked. Simply just answering like who are you, strengths and weakness and then why Charles Schwab were important. Also asked location preferences and type of team to work under if given the opportunity
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Austin, TX) in Dec 2024
Interview
I had a phone screen and then one round of interviews for each team. Team interview can vary a lot, you may be asked leetcode style questions or just behavioral.
