Process took a total of 6 interviews - 2 phone calls and 4 webex virtual calls. No in-person interviews due to the pandemic.
First was a phone screen with a recruiter. Was then invited to do a Hirevue virtual interview (both behavioral and coding questions were asked). Then, got invited to a webex technical round with a lead dev from another team within Schwab. Made it pass the tech screen, and received an invite to the final round called "virtual day", where I was grilled some more - first, a webex behavior round with sr managers and, second a webex tech round with a lead dev.
I got word that same day as my virtual day, that they wanted to schedule a non-formal meet and greet with the hiring manager. Basically, if you made it at this stage, congrats! - you are a top candidate.
Overall, my interview experience was great. The staff I conversed with were very friendly, engaging, and intelligent. Also, the recruiters help prep you along the way by giving you hints and links to resources.
