Three rounds of interviews. First was a phone call with HR mostly asking about my resume. Then a zoom interview with two associates in the Academy. Lasted about 45 minutes. Behavioral questions as well as technical.

Question 1
Describe a time where you had to convince someone of something they did not want to do?
Name a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
Why Schwab/why financial sector?
Very structured and open-ended. Do your homework on the company, the position, and be prepared to know why you want to be a financial advisor and why you want to work at Schwab specifically.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab in Feb 2017
Interview
Took about one month, broke into 3 main interviews. They were mainly behavioral based and all on the phone. The first was an initial call where I got more info on the position, then it was a video interview with two FC's from a branch-mainly behavioral questions, this was much more intense than the first interview. About a week later I had the final interview with a branch manager and then got an offer. All in all it took about one month to complete the entire process.
