I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Charles Schwab in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied through an employee referral. The online application process is pretty lengthy in general: you must create a login to their job portal, fill in all the information about yourself (your profile) and salary requirements, etc. Then after all that, you select the jobs you want and apply. I got confused because when I filled out all the information about my employment and salary, I thought it was related to my applying for the position - it wasn't, it was just basic information to complete your profile before you actually select a job to apply.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2022
Interview
3 phone call interviews in two weeks. Each phone call interview took about 30 minutes. Waited 3 weeks for results after a follow up. The process is convenient and smooth. Nothing to complain.
Quick and fast by the recruiter. The decision were made quick. I had my final round in 2 weeks. This is something every company should do. Kudos to the recruiter for making the process streamlined
The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Charles Schwab (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 interviews in total. Phone screen with the recruiter, zoom meeting with hiring manager and then the last round was another zoom meeting with the hiring manager and team member.
After the 2nd interview, technical documentation was requested from me to support my recent work experience.
Overall, communication from the recruiter was lacking, particularly after the 3rd interview. 4 weeks after my last interview I received the automated rejection email.
This was my 2nd time interviewing with Charles Schwab, the 1st time I was ghosted.
Consider the time candidates take to prepare and gather requested documentation... don't leave candidates hanging.
