I thought the interview process was thorough from the initial phone screen to the final round. My recruiter, Zanner Cramme, took nearly 50 minutes with me on the call which meant a lot. I also felt that the process was challenging, yet welcoming at the same time.

- 4 stage interview process - The first two stages are straight forward interview questions to check it is a right fit - The third stage is a case study presentation, key is to focus on the data and what improvements you would make - The fourth stage is with senior management and is just dotting the i's and crossing the t's, a culture fit

Interview
Contacted via email to arrange first stage, telephone interview with Recruitment was very straightforward. Second stage with hiring manager was the hiring manager telling me about the company, their expectations etc. There was no real structure to the interview and I didn't have much opportunity to actually speak abut myself, skills,experience etc.
