The panel interview consisted of 3 interviewers, 2 head operators and 1 HR representative. It basically was one of the operators asking the questions and the other operator writing things down as you answer the questions. The interview is straight forward and isn’t hard at all. One thing I do recommend to anyone is for them to practice their stories prior to interviewing. Also, make sure your stories are adjustable, meaning that they can answer more than one question. Make sure you give your answer in the STAR Method. (Situation, Task, Action, and Result)
