The recruiter was falling asleep during the interview. His eyes were shut until I would stop talking and then he'd open them again and apologize. It was not a good experience.

I had a two person interview team. STAR method used for questions. Low stress and inviting environment during interview. Explained process of decision making after the interview. Candidates will be evaluated after interview and will receive a response if chosen or not chosen.

Friendly HR and panel. They will make you feel comfortable before interview proper. A good balance of behavioral/ situational and technical questions were asked, and nothing too hard. I already saw myself working their immediately after the interview because of the culture and interactions with the people.
