I applied online using snagajob.com and they called me the next morning for an interview. I went in the same day they called for it and I had to fill out a full application on paper. They also gave me a free drink. After I was done filling it out, a woman came out from the kitchen and sat down at the table I was at. She looked over my application and asked me a few questions. It was very fast, and was my first interview, which is why I probably didn't get the job. She said that they would call me for a secondary interview, and I never got the call.

My personal interview process was fairly quick and definitely positive. I applied online through indeed.com, and received a call from the store manager within a few days. We scheduled an interview, which occurred before the store opened. My interview was a group interview, with 5 people in my group- however, not all Chipotle interviews are carried out this way, many are solo interviews with the manager. They are often conducted right in the dining area, but in the summer, they're sometimes done outside on the patio. Additionally, many people are asked back for several interviews. This isn't always true, as I was hired at the end of my interview along with some others!
