Unnecessarily long for a simple supervisor position. I had to have three phone interviews with different upper management, two Skype interviews, as well as an in-person interview. The average time of each interview was around 45 minutes. The store manager I interviewed with asked asinine questions making it clear, even before I was officially hired, that they had a superiority complex and that they were into creating unnecessary drama.
