I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Christie's (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
I applied online via Christie’s Workday system, and was contacted shortly after with an offer to complete a virtual interview. I was prompted with three questions, and I had a minute to prepare a response and then record my answer. I didn’t mind this format for interviewing, but did find it to be a little more nerve wracking than an in-person interview or at least an interview where you are speaking to someone via zoom. I think its a little more difficult to sound natural when you are recording yourself to prompts, but I have always preferred a more traditional interview process. I applied a little over three weeks ago, and completed my interview two weeks ago and have yet to hear back. I wasn’t given any way to contact someone from HR about the status of my application, and wasn’t given an expected timeline for a decision. I hope to at least hear back one way or the other.
