Cian interview questions

Not well prepared team members discuss possible tasks and stack that not corresponded to tasks from what HR wrote. All questions was going to the not priority part of role. Asking in details about task that is going to be done in their team.

The whole application process consisted of three interviews. The first interview was a short call with an HR manager. There were common questions like previous experience, why am I looking for a new job etc.. Next there was a technical interview. It was quite interesting. No leetcode problem solving, instead I was asked to make a code review of an PR. The code review process was verbal. We discussed architectural issues, performance problems, alternative approaches to data access etc. At the end there was a small system design section. I was asked to suggest as many solutions as possible to a common architectural problem. The last interview was with the hiring product manager. Usual staff about the tasks I'll have to do etc.
