The interview was very quick and informal. The manager was late to interview. She said she "forgot" about the interview and that she had to make a bank run. Basically just asked when I could start. I felt like it was very rushed and insincere.

1st interview was with the store manager and it was fairly simple. They asked the typical questions: what did you do for your last job, why are you qualified for this position, etc. 2nd interview was with the hiring manager. They go more in depth and ask more questions about experuence, resumes, and your application.
