      Interview Process included a lot of math-based tasks, making you have to solve problems in fast amounts of time. This simulates the market in which you’ll be in. There is a lot of competition in the process, with you being put against other applicants in some interviews

      Their biggest determining factor in whether or not you get the interview is whether or not you’re able to solve a lot of math problems. These math problems are indicative of whether or not you’re able to make calculations real time regarding the market.
