Interview Process included a lot of math-based tasks, making you have to solve problems in fast amounts of time. This simulates the market in which you’ll be in. There is a lot of competition in the process, with you being put against other applicants in some interviews

Question 1
Their biggest determining factor in whether or not you get the interview is whether or not you’re able to solve a lot of math problems. These math problems are indicative of whether or not you’re able to make calculations real time regarding the market.
After submitted your CV and other personal background (education, working experiences, etc.), followed the CV screening and then interviews, it covers the basic probability, pretty much nothing was taught in uni level.

Interview
Begins with some phone interviews before an onsite interview day. Most of the questions asked in the interviews were probability and game theory based. The in person interviews involved more market making games, plus harder probability questions.
