Interview
It was a 45-minite Phone interview. We started with background introduction, basically going through resume, and then we did a coding problem. Finally there's a questioning time for me to ask any question about the company.

Question 1
Given a matrix of size N by T, the i-th row and j-th column is the price of buying i shares of a stock at time j. Ask what's the minimum cost of buying in total N shares at the end of time T.
After passing the resume screening, I got 2 hour assessment in python and the difficulty was mid-hard leet code problems. I don't remember the problems in detail but was not that hard.
The interview process was structured and efficient. After an initial online assessment, I completed several technical interviews focused on problem-solving and quantitative reasoning. This was followed by behavioral discussions with team members. Communication was clear throughout, expectations were well defined, and each stage provided a good understanding of the role and responsibilities.
OA -> First round phone with a trader, basic prob stat, behavioral, not too hard. Second round phone with a trader again the same format. From there there is a final round superday which consists of several rounds,
