First round phone call, pretty straight forward, lots of resume questions and a trade pitch question 2nd round was the superday with case, technical and behavioral. each one was 30 minutes. the technical was pretty okay talking about bond fundamentals, markets worldwide. behavioral was pretty standard. one of the most unique questions was "describe an ethically ambiguous situation and how you reacted to it?"

There are 2 interviewers separately, each for around 30 minutes, including: reading case and pre (the case is given about 30 minutes before the interview) then group discussion and ask random people questions.
