I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citi in Oct 2016
Interview
Normally, you apply online and they'll call and pre screen you and set up an interview...blah blah. In this case, I applied and was told to come to the Job Fair in Gray, TN to get an on the spot interview. After waiting in line for 4 hours on a Tuesday, I was rescheduled for the following Friday. The interview was relaxed. The manager that conducted it was very nice and shot the breeze or built rapport with me in between questions.
