      Asset Servicing Interview

      Mar 28, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Cork
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Citi (Cork) in Oct 2014

      Interview

Asked what I knew about the company for the first 15 minutes of the interview then moved on to more competency based questions just to find out what type of person I was. Went through my CV in a lot of detail so know your CV inside out or you will stumble on some pieces you may have written years ago. All in all was quite straight forward and the interviewer was very nice.

      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Citi in Aug 2020

      Interview

Applied online. A few weeks later received an email from recruiter to fill out questionnaire. A few weeks later I received the same questionnaire to fill out. A few days later I received an interview request; it ended up being a phone interview with 3 other people (30 min). After that interview I had another with 3 other people (30 min). I was told I would hear back from the recruiter and I never did. They also scheduled me for an interview during a time I said I was already working and had to change my work schedule.

      Asset Servicing Interview

      Jun 15, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Citi in Feb 2016

      Interview

Had the interview at the start of Feb, didn't hear for 4 weeks, got an offer, took 2 weeks again to see the contract, then got started the end of May. The interview was competency based & straightforward enough, with 3 people each taking it in turns to question. You have to chase the recruitment people a lot to get things moving, and there is no real training provided so be prepared to learn on the job.
