HR calls and sets up appointment to go on site. Interview is one time and brief. There is usually two managers that conduct the interview. Questions are mostly behavioral and a little bit of analytical.

IT was a panel with the managers. They ask generic questions. Nothing special or stressful. Seems like they take questions straight from the interviewing playbook. THere was only 1 interview given. And I don't even think some people wore a suit to the interview.
