Usually a superday is held with candidates from in state colleges. Two interviews and a group case study. 1.) Introductory phone conversation w/recruiter to confirm interest. Why technology? 2.) Second phone conversation w/technology worker, reiterating why technology. 3.) Case study and presentation.

1. 60 min interview with two employees on-campus. Basic behavioral interview. 2. Invited for Superday in Irving office. 1 Team Case preparation and presentation, then 2 behavioral interviews. Looking obviously for technical experience.
