I was interviewed during a day of recruitment. On those days they send in HR people from NY and they interview dozens of people for numerous jobs. The process was three short interviews on the same day within a span of 3-4 hours, two technical, one with an upper manager.

Interview
The process had four stages (for hiring fresh graduates). The resumes were shortlisted, there was an aptitude test, one technical Interview Round and then HR interview. All the rounds were simple. The aptitude test consisted of 4 sections- quantitative aptitude, reading comprehension, analytical ability and a simple coding round. They shortlisted 70 people for interview (rather rare, I must say).

Interview was one on one and interviewer was from CITI, he has assessed my skills and personality checks and offered me to hire for this present role. He also checked on extended working hours and my flexibility to work on Weekends as needed.
