Had one hour discussion with a director. Most of the questions from my resume. They want an architect with good project management skills. I didn't have experience with project management.

They called for an interview, after reviewing the CV. But they asked questions, which I didnt mention in my CV. They should either not call for the interview, knowing that I dont have experience in those areas, or ask questions in where I have experience. They called and asked questions that are not relevant to my profile.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Citi (Pune)
Interview
Interview was scheduled for Saturday and the booking was done 1 week prior. The time slot was booked from 10am - 12:30pm for a telephonic discussion. And I didn't get any call. So unprofessional. Didn't expected this from a brand like Citi.
