After applying online, HR contacted me about scheduling a 1:1 interview with direct supervisor. He asked the usual soft questions, such as how would I contribute to the group, what were my weaknesses/strengths. I peppered him with specific questions about the job and the work environment, to which he responded openly. Afterwards, HR contacted me to arrange a phone interview with senior management who worked in NYC. His only question to me was if I had any other questions that were not answered in the initial interview. Subsequently, HR contacted me to make a job offer.
