I was contacted by a recruiter after applying online, the initial interview was a phone screening which highlighted the job duties, and the company benefits. The recruiter displayed enthusiasm and encouragement. The hiring manager seemed not to be interested in my experience and looked down most of the time on the zoom call.

Interview
It was an internal interview so it was pretty straightforward. Asked basic questions while running through my resume, and had to take an Excel/Access test as well (once you pass the first round) which can be difficult if you are not familiar with them. The test consists of multiple data sets where it asks you to use different formulas such as Vlookup, SumIfs, etc.
