Interview
In my first round interview, we started the conversation by giving my elevator pitch and going through my resume. He was very easy to talk to but I think it went as well as it did due to the fact I was very prepared and enthusiastic. I was then invited back to a final round interview that was comprised of three 30 minute interviews, two of which were "Leadership Standards" and there was also a case study.

My interview was first round and very chill. The first few minutes were small talk. The next fifteen minutes were questions from my interviewer. The last ten minutes were my questions for the interviewer.

The interview process was very long and included 3 interviews. The last interview was an hour long with 3 people. I never heard back after waiting months. I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks.
