I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Citi in Jan 2015
Interview
Young branch managers with big dreams and big egos ask canned questions off a sheet of paper. No interest in the person just numbers. When you have only been working 5 years dealing with more seasoned individuals can be intimidating.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Mar 2014
Interview
Interview was pretty easy, felt more like a conversation. Told me everything I needed to know. I was coming from Chase so I knew how it worked. Interviewed with RM supervisor and branch manager once they selected a branch. Process took 2 months to get an offer from the original interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Didn't ask anything that I wasn't prepared for. More conversational rather than an interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Jan 2014
Interview
First met with the BM which is not the CRM manager but most likely the branch you are gonna working in. Then scheduled to meet with the direct manager (market manager) and to me, I met with the MM (my boss) and the district manager (BM's boss) together. The whole interview was like a process to know each other. Very common question like what did you do in the past and what's your strength etc. no need any specially preparation, but of course, do you home work to understand how the role about, and how the company performer overall.
