Interview
The first round was with my would be manager. The Interview was preety decent. After that it took another 20 days to schedule the 2nd round with the regional mgr. This round it seemded was a discussion about friendship love and s$@. ( Wanted to see how open i am- i never understood till date what that has to do with banking).
I cleared both rounds. Next was the HR round which took another 20 days and another 20 for the salary negotiation.
never expected the process to be so long.

Question 1
If a client asks you for certain favours would you go ahead?( The discussion we had would let you know what kind of favours was he talking about.
Scheduled Zoom call with 3 people in the department and no one showed up. Contacted the recruiter who set up the interview and they didn’t take my call and have ignored emails. Guess they think my time isn’t valuable. Wouldn’t work for this company now if they were giving out bags of money.

Interview
Meeting with management, colleagues, co working team supervisor around 2 hours. The meeting conducts with the colleagues from the team. He leads the pace of the interview. Only a few candidates can process to last.

Interview
Smooth and enjoyable interview process. It was direct line of questioning in your experiences. Interviewer is also interested in your personality if it fits the team culture. In total, there will be 2-3 rounds of interviews and will next 2 to 3 weeks to iron out the offer.
