Interview
I received an email from the controller asking to schedule an interview. For the interview, I checked in with someone working in the front of the office. I had to wait 10-15 minutes past the scheduled time in a conference room, before meeting with the controller for about an hour. He reviewed the job description and we discussed the role and my education. He told me I could expect to hear in about a week if I would get a final interview with the CFO. I did get an email about a week later from the controller asking to schedule an interview with the CFO. Interview with CFO went similarly and he told me I would hear something within 10-14 days. I still have received no communication from them several months later. I understand that I was not selected and perhaps did not impress in the interview but it is very clear to me that you should not ghost candidates that made it to the final interview stage, (ghosting candidates at all is bad sign for me).
