Very high "pass" threshold. Should be as close to a fully functioning waterfall as possible with dynamic links etc. Was billed as a simple exercise but felt that expectations should have been more clear.
Started with an initial HR interview and then they sent over a Microsoft excel test that tested for basic modeling. Then interviewed with a couple directors and heard back a couple weeks later.
Initial phone interview followed by an additional interview over zoom. Real Estate Modeling test required after second or third round of the interview process. Final round included several interviews with individuals from various teams at the company.
