Two rounds: one regular question-answer, and the second was preparing a presentation to a panel on a provided prompt. The interviewers were nice, but the recruiters are completely unresponsive. I received very good feedback and was led to believe I was one of the more qualified candidates. They told me I would hear back within a week, and then completely ghosted after the presentation. I tried to follow up a few times and received no response. I understand ghosting is becoming an unfortunately common occurrence in interviewing, but don't make a person go through the trouble of making a presentation if you won't even have the courtesy to send a quick rejection email. Super disappointing.
