Interview
Everything was virtual because of COVID. The HR and interviewers were friendly. Before the interview, they talked to us about the company. They showed us a video regarding the different divisions of the company. The interview portion was 3 separate individual interviews with either an HR rep or a hiring manager. Each interview was about 15-20 mins.

All questions were behavioral. "Tell me about a time..." After the questions, they asked questions regarding your resume. I studied abroad, so they asked me about that.
After submitting the application, Clark reaches out for a quick screening call where they ask personality questions. upon passing you head to an in person interview that lasts around 4 hours where you have three one on ones.

2 phone screening calls then an in person 3 interview super day at the Mclean office. In person days are over a 2 month period and they help you with travel and other logistics.

So far I have had an initial screening call and that was pretty low stakes. Just the recruiter telling me about the role and the career progression. Next would be a video interview followed by an in-person interview.
