This place is a joke. If you are interviewing take note - all executives moved from the West Coast (couldn’t find talent here? Impossible!) they just are burning their cash with re-location spend! The brand new head of recruiting who cancelled calls on me 3 times all an hour before our calls (a disrespectful behavior... because he was talking to the CFO all three time) informed me this role is so important that the CMO is willing to pay than she makes to hire the right person! If that isn’t a warning sign that the CMO is in over her young inexperienced head... once speaking with the CMO she bragged that they all moved from the west to coast NYC and she convinced the board of changing the business model knowing the competition is crushing them.
