Clearbridge Mobile interview questions

1)short HR Interview 2)manager interview -the manager didn't turn on her camera, but she asked me to turn on my camera. it was so weird. 2)technical Assignment -developed very easy automation framework. 3)Technical interview -they didn't even open my assignment. the reason was ridiculous. they do not have the tool(the manager asked me to use the tool) and they said their security VPN is too strong so it's complicated to download my assignment. I told them I could send my assignment to their personal email if they want, they said "No". why did they give candidates the assignment? I don't understand why they gave candidates the assignment. I totally wasted my time. The HR also didn't reply to my follow up email and call. It was really unprofessional. "Please don't waste your time for interview at this company"

The interview process was simple and very quick. They completed the whole process in less than a week. The interviewers were generous and patient during the whole process. It was good experience.
