First online application, then three separate interviews in person, then back again for testing, and one more time for health screening. I am not but I can tell you don't bother applying if you are a smoker.

This was an easy interview! Prepare the basic questions, such as strengths/ weaknesses, why you want to work here, etc. ! My interview was more conversational than anything. I think they were checking more for a personality fit.

Online, healthcare specific questions, three caregivers on the call posing questions. Pretty comfortable process. Department Administrator, supervisor and HR manager interviewing. I was offered another position after the interview. One that paid a bit more.

the first interview was fine. they do a brief shadow afterwards. Hearing back is the problem though, they take forever to schedule the interview and follow up and get back to you about a job offer or not
