Thanks for the feedback. We do have exceptionally high standards here at Click and a rigorous selection process to ensure that only the best of the best get hired. I am aware that many of the graduates that attended this year had never experienced an assessment centre, but it is quite common to have candidates that have been unsuccessful in the first rounds leave half way through the day. We do ask that candidates make themselves available for the full day in the event they get past the first rounds. Click Travel are a Living Wage employer and we regularly benchmark salaries and conduct annual pay reviews to ensure we are in line with market rates.
