I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ClockHash (Thrissur) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. It was a 3 round interview process, and the rounds were spaced out, not hectic. The interviewer was very accommodating, dealing with my requests.
The first was an aptitude round with simple and easy questions. Along with that, there was a programming question which could be solved easily with basic coding knowledge. After the aptitude round, there was an interview with a brief introduction and a discussion about my resume. This interview was conducted offline at my college, and the interviewer was very relaxed, making casual conversation to ensure I was comfortable.
Following this, I had three technical interviews and one HR interview, all of which were conducted online.
The first technical interview focused on my resume, where the interviewer asked questions about my projects and experiences. I was also given a coding question that I could solve using any programming language. Additionally, we discussed basic OOP concepts and other fundamental technical topics.
The second technical interview was more problem-solving oriented. I was asked a coding question, which I could answer in any programming language, and was tested on basic technical concepts. The interviewer also presented a frontend-based problem and asked me to explain my approach to solving it.
The third technical interview explored technical topics in greater depth, particularly my final year project. The discussion covered the technologies used, challenges faced, and my problem-solving approach.
Finally, the HR interview involved typical HR questions, which were easy and straightforward.
Throughout the process, the HR team was very supportive. They were always available and ensured the interviews were scheduled at times that were convenient for me.
The interviewers were great—not intimidating at all—and were willing to provide hints when I got stuck, making the experience less stressful.
Overall, it was a smooth and engaging interview process, and I had a great experience.

Later on, I had two online technical interviews and one HR interview. The first technical interview focused mainly on my final year projects, discussing the technologies used, followed by a simple coding question on Python (easy DSA). The second interview was a bit tougher, diving deeper into theoretical concepts like OS and Networking. We discussed the working of the Operating System, memory management, and Networking Models.
