I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudera (Palo Alto, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
One phone screen and an onsite which has 3 technical rounds.
The hiring team needs to work on their professional practice and attitude. The manager always directly gives people a phone call notifying their decisions, without asking candidates' availability. Even the coordinator sends out interview confirmation without asking if the candidate can make it. The final result was not even delivered from a real email account but instead their employment managing system.
