pretty informal, more of a chat than an interview. a few technical questions but generally about me and the company, my reason for leaving previoua job, if i was a good fit and what i wanted to get out of the role.

First stage telephone interview. A few simple questions. Second stage assessment centre. Very friendly staff. Assessment centre consisted of speech with CEO and other graduates, group task, individual interview, presentation.
